1. About PeerMarket

PeerMarket is a members-only, peer-to-peer marketplace for collectors of cards and memorabilia. We provide a platform for buyers and sellers to connect — we are not a party to any transaction between members.

2. Membership

Anyone may register as a buyer. Seller accounts require approval by the PeerMarket administration. We reserve the right to approve or deny seller applications at our sole discretion, and to remove any member for conduct that violates these terms.

3. Transactions

All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers. PeerMarket does not process payments, hold funds, or guarantee the outcome of any transaction. Payment arrangements are made privately between the parties involved. We strongly encourage members to use traceable payment methods.

4. Listings

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, photos, and pricing. Misrepresentation of items is grounds for immediate removal from the platform. Items listed must be legally owned by the seller and eligible for sale.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Members may not use PeerMarket to sell counterfeit, stolen, or misrepresented items. Members may not harass, threaten, or defraud other members. Any such conduct will result in immediate removal and may be reported to relevant authorities.

6. Disputes

PeerMarket is not responsible for resolving disputes between buyers and sellers. We encourage members to communicate openly and in good faith. If a member engages in fraudulent or harmful behavior, please contact us and we will investigate and take appropriate action.

7. Limitation of Liability

PeerMarket is provided as-is. We make no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform. We are not liable for any losses arising from transactions conducted through the platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of PeerMarket after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
